Transwest Mongolia has a competency based 2 year apprenticeship program specializing in KOMATSU technology.
As requested by our customer, we implemented 1 year specialized training program from 2019-2020. This program was based on both theory and on the job training. Our apprentices have successfully completed this program and shifted to their company to continue their career journey.
Congratulations to our teachers and talent development team for successfully implementing this program and training a large number of specialists in the mining sector!
